As Xiaomi gears up to launch its highly anticipated Pad 6 series, recent leaks provide insight into the tablet’s specifications and the expected launch timeframe. The upcoming series includes two models, the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro, both of which are expected to boast impressive features and performance capabilities.
Powerful Processors and Display Upgrades
The base model of the Xiaomi Pad 6 is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 870 chipset, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 860 used in the previous Pad 5 model. Meanwhile, the higher-end Pad 6 Pro may be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, built on a 4nm TSMC process for superior performance and power efficiency.
Both tablets in the Pad 6 series are expected to feature upgraded displays with resolutions up to 2.8K or 3K, surpassing the 2.5K screens of the Pad 5 series. The 11-12 inch full-screen display with a resolution of 2880x1800p and a 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate will provide users with an immersive and vibrant visual experience.

The president of Xiaomi Business Group in China has confirmed that the Pad 6 is “indeed coming soon,” fueling anticipation for the launch among enthusiasts.
