Samsung Galaxy M14 5G: A Budget Smartphone with Impressive Battery Life, Launched in Ukraine and Expected in Other Regions Soon
Samsung has launched the Galaxy M14 5G, an affordable smartphone with a massive 6,000mAh battery, in Ukraine. The smartphone is expected to be released in more countries in the coming months, as it shares many specifications with the Galaxy A14 5G but boasts an even larger battery capacity.
Galaxy M14 5G Specifications and Features
The Galaxy M14 5G sports a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 1330 processor, which offers a significant performance boost compared to the Exynos 850 chipset found in previous-generation affordable Samsung phones. The device comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage options, along with a microSD card slot for further storage expansion.
The smartphone features a 50MP primary rear camera with autofocus, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear-facing camera can record 1080p 30fps videos. On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera that can also capture 1080p 30fps videos. The Galaxy M14 5G runs on Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software out of the box and is expected to receive three major Android OS updates.
Connectivity features of the Galaxy M14 5G include GPS, a dual-SIM card slot, sub-6GHz 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, a USB 2.0 Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader for added security. It is available in three color options: Blue, Dark Blue, and Silver.
Availability and Pricing in Ukraine and Expected Launch in Other Regions
The Galaxy M14 5G is now available in Ukraine, with the 64GB version priced at UAH 8,299 (around $226) and the 128GB version priced at UAH 8,999 (around $246). The smartphone’s appearance on the SIRIM database and Samsung’s Indian support page suggests that it will soon launch in Malaysia and India, followed by other global markets.
