Pixel 7a: Elevating the Mid-Range Mobile Lineup
Continuing its legacy of providing high-quality Android software at competitive prices, Google’s Pixel 7a offers enhanced display quality, charging technology, and camera performance. The device features a 90Hz 6.1-inch display, an upgrade from the 60Hz, ensuring a smoother user experience. Pixel 7a, the first A-series phone to support wireless charging, boasts a 64MP main camera equipped with SuperRes Zoom and features like Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur, all driven by the new Tensor G2 chip. Pixel Tablet: Setting New Standards for Android Tablets
In a crowded market of high-spec tablets, Google’s Pixel Tablet champions practicality. Powered by the Tensor G2 chip, the tablet comes with a nano-ceramic coating and a unique wireless charging dock that converts it into a smart home speaker. Priced at $499 (approximately HKD 3,895), including the wireless charging/speaker dock, the Pixel Tablet aims to redefine the utility of tablets by offering seamless entertainment and productivity experiences.
Pixel Fold: Google’s Foray into the Foldable Market
The Google Pixel Fold, the tech giant’s first foldable device, was the showstopper of the event. Touted as the thinnest foldable in the market, it features a 5.8-inch external display and a 7.6-inch internal display, both with a refresh rate of 120Hz. With unique features like Dual Screen Live Translation and an astrophotography mode, the Fold, powered by the Tensor G2 chip, is available in two storage configurations starting at $1,799 (approximately HKD 14,045) for the 256GB model and $1,919 (approximately HKD 14,968) for the 512GB model.
