Samsung Galaxy S24 Likely to Feature Exynos 2400 Chipset with Impressive Performance

Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Anticipated to Boast Exynos 2400 Chipset

Recent leaks suggest that Samsung is preparing the Exynos 2400 chipset for the Galaxy S24 series next year. The new chipset is expected to deliver better performance than Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Exynos 2400 Performance and Features

The Exynos 2400 chipset reportedly scores 13,858 points in Geekbench’s Vulkan Benchmark and 26,829 points in OpenCL. The GPU in the Exynos 2400 is based on RDNA2 architecture and is predicted to have a clock speed of 1,756 MHz. The chipset will feature a 10-core CPU and a new RDNA-based Xclipse 920 GPU.

Partnership with AMD and Game Developers

Samsung is collaborating with AMD and game developers to incorporate ray tracing technologies into its latest chips. The Exynos 2400 might power the Galaxy S24 series, slated to launch early next year. The new chipset is expected to improve graphics performance, potentially enabling the highest settings on demanding titles like Diablo Immortal for Android.

Exynos 2400 vs. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

The Exynos 2400 is rumored to outperform the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with higher benchmark scores. The Galaxy S24 series might ship with a combination of Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets, depending on the region, similar to previous Samsung releases.
