Asus fans eagerly await the release of the gaming smartphone of the year, the ROG Phone 7, set to debut on April 13. Just a few weeks ahead of the official launch, key specifications of the phone have been leaked, fueling anticipation.
ROG Phone 7 A Display Designed for Gamers
Noted Chinese leaker, Digital Chat Station, has shared that the ROG Phone 7 will boast a 6.78-inch 165 Hz AMOLED display. Interestingly, the panel seems to be Samsung’s E4 screen, a two-year-old technology previously used in the OnePlus 11. Nonetheless, the ROG Phone 7 is expected to be powered by the cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
Camera Set-Up for Capturing Memories
The leaked information suggests that the ROG Phone 7 will feature a 50 MP primary camera, a 13 MP selfie camera, and a possible 5 MP macro camera. Rumors also point to a 32 MP front-facing camera being part of the package.
